She leverages a rare combination of technical, legal and business skills to identify the value proposition in new ventures and bring organisations through complex technology development and commercialisation processes.
During her consulting career, Lavinia has developed numerous successful funding proposals for researchers, large-scale multi-party research initiatives, research
infrastructure facilities and technology companies that have delivered millions of dollars in non-dilutive funding to these organisations.
